COVID Protocol JOB AID When Getting HomeThe business came to me to create a new COVID-19 Protocol flyer for when the Staff goes home after working in a Respiratory Clinic.This is what I came up with. Marketing team actually supplied some parts to help make this official and blessed by legal. I think they helped make this look great! It should help a lot of people, and that’s what this is all about.Created using Illustrator and Adobe inDesign.
Instructional Design Demo of work!This is a demonstration of the various Instructional Design work I and my colleagues do here at WellMed. Most of the work is actually mine, so I am showing it here, but there are many talented IDs whom I work with, and if you want to know WHO worked on what things in this, I would be glad to tell you! I work with awesomely talented people.Created in Premiere Pro, but the assets were made in Storyline, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, Videoscribe, MOHO Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.
Delta Comic Page 2The Origin story of the WellMed Training robot, named Delta (Because Alpha, Beta and Charlie are destroyed in a lightning storm). Created in Illustrator and Photoshop.
Concept drawing for DeltaI had an image of this robot peering around a corner of a wall, where a lightning bolt had just burst into the Clinic and revealed a walled up chamber that was forgotten about. It housed the Training robots.Alas, Alpha, Beta, and Charlie were destroyed by the bolt from the blue. Delta remained and makes an appearance to help the employees learn to use SharePoint 2019.Just a pencil drawing that I then scanned and painted on top of. Final picture is in this portfolio.

Delta, the SharePoint Robot TrainerI was tasked with coming up with a way to instruct new users on our newest SharePoint 2019 Application. I created a learning module of reference videos, and a narrative scenario where Delta, showed them and walked them through Four objectives. At the end they are tested for knowledge and ability, and if they pass, they get a certification to be a SharePoint Admin for their team.Delta here was the hype/ teaser to go out from a web banner link, and he also has an Origins story I made into an Actual Comic Book!He was made from Royalty free vector art from 123RF (licensed) and I augmented him using Photoshop and Illustrator. I animated him in MOHO Pro, and edited in Adobe Premiere Pro software.
AXONIFYI was asked to create something that would explain what Axonify was and to get people excited about it. It was coming and we wanted them all to know about it - ala Paul Revere! Shout out to Dr. McGlothlin who I modelled Paul Revere after- he is a good sport!Created in Videoscribe, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro software.
New WellMed University Logo RevealI was asked to come up with a way to reveal our New WellMed university Logo. This is what I came up with…so what’s wrong with a WellMed green gorilla who likes to fly drones?Notice the graveyard of deceased logos? Yes I am twisted…Created using Photoshop, Illustrator, MOHO PRO, and Premiere Pro.Gorilla was based on a MOHO character from the Pro version.
WHY CORNERSTONE?So a sequel to the WellMed University Logo reveal video.The Green Gorilla is back but so is an entire cast of crazies and pop culture references to help make an engaging video for a rather boring thing like a Learning Management System (LMS).I pushed this one too far, and had to tone it back a bit. This is the version that was approved, and it’s still funny to me.I even provided my own voice over work! I had an assist by Sean Heeren too- I am lucky to be around such talent.Created with MOHO PRO, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro software.

Firestarter LogoThere is a group of very caring individuals at WellMed who want to make a true difference in how HealthCare is provided. They are going to change the face of Healthcare for the nation.They came to me to create a logo/ badge that they could use to represent their excellence and to stand them apart from the crowd. They display this badge in their signature lines in email now. The torch of learning blended with a face that represents the employ who is on fire to do something different. It is a torch for them to carry which comes with a lot of responsibility. Shine on brightly Firestarters!Created using Adobe illustrator.
SharePoint Hype PosterIT wanted a way to hype the training I was building for them, so I made them Posters to hang in the lunch rooms etc. Delta is getting a name for himself!Created in Adobe Illustrator.

Quality Newsletter Template Pg1The Quality team at WellMed came to me needing a Newsletter template. I decided to use InDesign and make this newsletter not so Corporate in nature. It needed to be colorful to catch the eye and whimsical so someone would want to pick it up and look at it.I even designed a 5 Star Hero man, and a 1 Star guy, but only the 5 Star guy made it into this issue. Everything was made so that they could use Adobe Acrobat Pro so that they could EDIT things easily, thus allowing them to keep the template but place new information every month into the newsletter.There are 3 more pages that follow.Created in InDesign. Hero was made in Adobe Illustrator.
